I have ordered from them. It took 1.5 weeks for my tattooed barrel to arrive. Asked for it to be shipped UPS to work so it would come straight to me, instead the shipped it USPS and it went to the central mail room for all to see Called them to make issue with the difference in shipping charges and they corrected them promptly and were professional about it. I would order from them again.
