I recently traded a shop for a NIB Ruger MKII, S/S 5-1/2 slab side pistol (model 00188).  I love it and it is as accurate as can be.  The other day while shooting in a clearing it fell off a log and landed on the rear site, breaking the blade in half.  I checked on line for a new blade and they're under 2 buck.  Shipping of course is 5 or so.  I just called Ruger's customer service in Prescott and they're mailing me one for free.  Friendly lady also advised how the broke one comes out and the new goes in.  She said if I forget to give her a call when I get it so she can walk me through it.

I don't think it gets any better than that

ETA:  Well, they could have shipped it quicker than 10 days... as I still don't have it
