I have been carrying for a few months now. It seems like every week I need to take the screws out of my grips and clean the rust off of them. I clean them with some hippies 9 and cover them with some gun oil. It’s not working for very long what have others done for this issue? I carry a Sig P200 with a crossbreed IWB holster. I usually check and clean the firearm once a week since I’ve been carrying just hit it with some canned air to get the dust out and wipe it down with some oil and dry. The screws are taking the most time.
Thanks,

If you're corrosive enough, grabbing the handle will put your chemicals on the screws, then they'll proceed to react until you clean it again.

You could concentrate on not touching the screws again after you clean and oil, just put the gun in your holster with thumb and forefinger.  Not being a smartass, I know it's a dumb way to do it, but it keeps hands off the metal.

You could try putting a heavier finish on the screws.  Clean all the rust, scrape, sand and file on it, then blue it in several repeated layers.  Then oil and keep oil on them.  I like Eezox.

You could replace your grip screws with stainless ones.  Brownells probably has something to fit your pistol.

ETA: are you rusting on both sides?  IF it's inside only, it could be a reaction to the leather tanning.  In that case, the tender handling option won't help.
