| I have a question for all the SA experts. Those of you familiar with the SA compact (3" barrel) with the alloy frame, how manageable is the recoil with these guns? Since I don't have any experience with these guns and am unable to fire this particular gun (new gun...dealers are a little hesitant to let potential buyers shoot their NIB guns). Any advice and input would be appreciated! |

I don't claim to be an expert but I can honestly say I have over 1800 rds through my Micro , No problems what so ever , a mixture of ball and hp's of all brands . I have seen a lot of post's about sawed off 45's being kind of funky . I must have lucked up and got a good one . as far as the recoil , I don't see really much difference between my full size and it , but then again I am a recoil junkie , the more the better |
