I'm debating a Hi-power from CDNN, and can't decide if I want the pre-cock feature or not, what do those who have it think?  or should I just stick with the normal version?

If it ain't broke, don't screw with it, IMO. I prefer traditional but I'm old fashioned.

I've got one in .40cal and love it. If you want a chance to own a good quality firearm with a good optional safety you can't go wrong with the "SFS" system. My SFS is highly polished like a Browning and fit and finish are great all around.

CDNN's supply of HP's must be running pretty low now and options of models are thin. Remember that the price is great and if no standard HP's are available any longer the SFS would make a fine addition. Plus you can always have it converted to a standard configuration if so desired.

I have one in 9MM. It`s pretty simple to use. Since you live in a free state, it becomes a possible CCW option. For me it makes field stipping different, but not terribly so. But definitely get one before CDNN runs out.
