I have owned a P226R 9mm for about a year now. During my trips to the range, after 10 rounds the pistol fails to extract and double feeds. I have tried other mags and it does the same thing. What could be causing this and what could remedy? Thanks. |

How many rounds? How long since you replaced the recoil spring? Does the extractor sping tension seem sluggish or gritty? Could be a bad extractor, but its pretty much impossible to diagnose over the internet. I work on Sigs everyday, work for an agency that has them as the duty weapon, Sig Armorer ect. |
But only do these things if your a qualified Sig Pistol Armorer, otherwise you will void your warrenty. |
