Very nice...

I want one just like that...only bobtailed.

Hey, where did you get a SS Kart barrel?  I didn't think they made anything but steel "in the white".

Can the Officer's frame be bobtailed?  The bobtail conversion is based on the Officer's mainspring and housing in a Gov't frame.

Not sure we're thinking about the same thing...I think that any model can be bobtailed and the MSH is an Ed Brown part, not an Officer's MSH.

The Ed Brown part essentially uses an Officer length Mainspring in their bobtail MSH.  It's pretty neat, but needs to be installed on a full size (Government or Commander) frame.

That is one sweet looking pistol. I like the little touches such as the short trigger and the countersink about the rear side of the slide lock pin. Front slide serrations don't do anything for me though.

wow!  I wasn't too keen on the Detonics, but this is a work of ART!  I really like the bevel on the lower edge of the slide....I did the same to my Springfield awhile back.  (I didn't make it quite as aggressive.....now I wish I had.  That looks GOOD!)

I don't always like the platforms your customers supply you with but you never fail to impress. Front serrations aside, that's a looker. I especially like the bushing melt and "golf balling" is pretty easy on the eyes as well.

pulpsmack,
Thanks for understanding. I'm kinda lika puppet. The customers are pulling my strings.
This is changing soon!
I will build them to please me..........if they sell, good. If they don't...I'll get a bigger safe.

pistolwretch , what's the price tag on that bad boy? I am looking for a CCW 1911.

I will be in the market for a commander slide and Officers frame 1911 in the next month or three.

I am looking at the Les Baer stinger on the lower end, and the Ed Brown executive carry and Kobra carry on the higher end.
