I was having trouble with my M&P 40 so I let S&W know and they immediately sent out a shipping label.
I sent it back to the factory.... fast forward two weeks and I got the gun back. Yesterday I fired 250 rounds with 0 malfunctions. Thanks to S&W for the great customer service. |

A front sight taper pin wasn't installed right (probably would have worked, but it was uglier that sin and obviously done on a Friday afternoon) They emailed me a shipping label, I had the rifle back in perfect working order 2 weeks later. I wish they would have QC'd the rifle better before leaving the factory, but once I called they did a GREAT job taking care of the issue. |
