I have no intention what so ever of selling this revolver. But I'm interested in finding out what they are worth, and how common or rare they are.  I have the original box, warranty card, instruction manual, and cleaning rod.  The warranty card says April 15, 1955.  This was my great grandfather's gun and has been passed down from each generation. Its absolutely mint.  I've had it for the last 7 years, and again have no intention of ever selling it, but just wanna know what I have in my possession.

Thanks

A model 37 is a Chiefs Special with an aluminum frame is it not? An "Airweight"? Not an uncommon pistol. Monetarily, it should be worth $300.00 to $350.00 in the condition you describe. I think that's a realistic price range if the gun was to sell.
