I have too much .40SW ammo. What are the legalities involved in selling some? Any idea where to sell? EE? Newpaper ad?

You'de probably be best off selling the stuff locally as to avoid shipping and hazmat fees. Post an ad at a local range maybe?

Go to the range and get lots of practice with your .40S&W.
