I bought a couple Gen 2 19's that were police trade in's. They are in great shape and function 100%. I noticed one of them ejects the shells only about a foot to a foot and a half away from me. I was sitting at a bench and all the shells were still on the table that only had 12 inches of table top to my right. They shells ejected at the 3 and 4 O'clock position. Most of my other Glocks throw the cases much farther. Is this a potential problem and if so what is the fix? Thanks!

Does the ejector have "336" stamped on it? I don't know if there was an earlier ejector, but 336 is the latest ejector besides the new "Gen4" ejector.

Try replacing the guide rod assembly in one of them with a new one.

I would replace the Guide rod spring assembly first before doing anything

people need to stop thinknig after the "it functions 100%" comment- if it works which you admit it does- do not try to invite problems with parts swaps- it is a glock run it to death and replace springs when (if) it starts to malfunction people WAY overthink this stuff in glocks!

I'll check and report back.
