Well, mine aren't near as high quality, but here are some from my first AR. Quality is poor because they're pulled from a video I took with my first digital camera back in.....I think 2002.

ETA: These aren't in sequence, they are three seperate shots. The camera just happened to catch each one at different points.

poor quality? those are AWESOME!!!! love it!!! my friend has a ruger sp-101 i'd like to capture some muzzle flash. that thing probably warms your hands it has so much flash! hehe.
