I've seen these surplus models for sale ata few places. There'sa special going on kinda close to me for $320? Sound like a pretty good deal? I shot a 226 about a month ago and really enjoyed it. I figure these are pretty good deals while they last? So what do you think, should I go for it?

For $320, you can't do much wrong there, IMO.

The P-225 is a nice little summer wear CCL gun, IMO. Thin, flat & easily concealable.

Get it. That's a very good price. I have a Sig P225 (not the P6) and it's my main CCW.
