Has anyone figured out how, if possible, to remove the magazine saftey?

Also, what is the latest on the factory threaded barrel?

I dont know about a factory threaded barrel, but Gem-Tech will thread your barrel and supply an adapter.  They quoted me a price of $140.00.  I have a outback II on my P-22 and I am hoping that the sig will be a better gun.  I have a mosquito on order.  How do you like yours?

How are they going to thread the barrel?  They would have to countersink the front of the slide.

I haven't bought mine yet.  I can decide between the P22 or Mosquito and I am not really impressed with either.

To be honest I dont know.  I would imagine that they are gonna duplicate the walther style where the barrel is threaded and then the adapter threads onto the barrel and sticks out the front of the slide.  I don't think you would have to modify the slide?  I am at work right now,  if you would like pic's of the walther setup I will post them this afternoon when I get home.

Yeah, I suppose that would work like the P22.  I just wish we didn't have to use that unessesary thread adapter.
