I've got two P225's and like them.

A real P225 (not a P6) in very good condition is worth anywhere between $475 - $575 depending on number of mags and if the original box and papers are all there.
If its a P6, I've seen them from $250 to $350 depending on condition.

The one complaint that some people have is the size and weight of the gun and the fact that is uses a single stack magazine that hold 8 rounds.

As far as reliability goes, a P225 will eat almost anything without any problems. Some of the P6's have issues with JHP ammo, but its not that common.

The P6s rock! One of the best deals on the market as far as I'm concerned. Great shooters and they feel great in the hand, but I love single stacks.
