I've had better luck with questions here than there, but that's just my personal experience. |

I found them to be a bit uppity and the staff there will show you the door if you dare to say anything counter to their sacred cows there, like Bruce Gray.
It took me a year to get back my money from him, after he screwed up a set of Sig SAO safeties I had sent him to reshape. He melted them in the process, then ignored me for a year. It took a letter from my wife, a Lawyer, to get my $100 back for the safeties. When I mentioned that, I was banned in less than 5 minutes. |

When he ignores me for a full year, I use the tools that I have. Lucky for me it's a Lawyer, that happens to be my wife. 
Fuck Bruce Gray and Gray guns.
