Im not sure Id buy that. And I have several .40s and carry one daily......

I thought it over. Yeah Id buy it anyway. Im a Glock whore.

I've shot and carried .40 for years, I have zero interest in a single stack .40.  I like the G42 and love the G43, I wouldn't buy one if they made it.  I have a feeling the Glock/.40 S&W relationship is on the rocks.  I'd be surprised to see them release a single stack.

Same here.
I carried and still carry a 27 and 23.
But for the purpose I bought the G42 and G43, I'll stick with the smaller caliber.

The G43 is a 2 pin design; I wonder if Glock could make it work for .40.  Not that I really care since I have no interest in a .40 that small

No. None of the .40's have ever been 2 pin. That's the reason they went to 3 pins to begin with.People already complain that the G43 is only 6+1. Going to .40 I would have to think that it would be 5+1. .40 also seems to be kind of dying out. I wouldn't expect to see any new .40 platforms.

If they were planning on it the 43 would have been big enough to accommodate the .40 as well.   I don't know that it is.

Hopefully not and the 40s&w gets phased out

The 40 isn't going anywhere. Eventually, people will decide they don't like 9mm again.

And then I'll be set!  Have too many .40 pistols; now I'm in the process of building up my 9mm armory.

I would buy one to compliment my 22

The 27 is plenty snappy, I wouldn't be interested in a single stack 40.

Though it would not have the widespread appeal of the G43, I am certain it would out sell the 40 MOS, 37, 38, & 39. In my layman's opinion, it would be a profitable model for Glock, but not the best return on development cost.

Not interested in a polymer single stack .40 at all.

They would probably sell a bunch though.

Me too.  I have a ton of 40 cal ammo.

I bought the 43, but thats the only 9mm i have.  I just like 40 more.

My EDC now is a Kahr CM40. I would gladly replace it with a single stack Glock that shot well.

Anyone who thinks .40 is going anywhere any time soon has read too many articles online.

I'm thinking the next step is a G19ish sized (but g43 thick) single stack 9mm with 8+1 (and the 8 rounders would fit into the 43)
