Got a new to me used Glock 20 10mm. My first Glock. Looks like it was shot very little. So I go shoot it today and the slide locks back on every round.

Like it should with an empty mag.

Any Ideas what would cause this??

Or did Glock make a single shot model 20?

Sounds like the slide stop spring is not againt the pin, field strip the lower part of your glock and correctly reassemble it. Then see how it goes.

Thanks, got it. The spring was on top of the pin.

You're gonna love that G20!  Got a red dot mounted on mine and using a LWD barrel.

Some people accidentally tip the slide lock in one direction or the other with their thumb, too.

Just FYI, in case you have any future trouble.
