I've noticed that one of my factory mags doesnt hold the slide back after the last round is fired. I dont see any problem with the follower compared to my other mags.

Is it time to replace the spring? If so, whats a good brand? Wolff?

The usual problem is weak mag springs. Wolff has +10% ones available.

As long as you're absolutely sure it's the mag's problem and you aren't accidentally riding the slide release.

Common problem, especially in .45.  HK mag spring pretty much suck, or at least quite a few runs of them have in the past.  The cure is almost always the Wolff springs mentioned.
Quick test to make sure.
Take your mag spring out and stretch the crap out of it, at least 1/3 longer.  Put it back in and if it works, it is the spring.   Now, go ahead and order the new springs because that stretched spring is going to fail very shortly again and maybe even break since it was stretched.  So do NOT do this on a mag spring you will be depending on.
