[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Slide release mod

The slide release on my CW9 always snagged when inserting in my holster.

I ground the hump of with an 80 grit sanding disc, hand filed, sanded with 120 grit disk,
buffed it all smooth to remove scratches, and then bead blasted it.

Now it slides right in. I also like the cleaner look.

That's the nice thing about uncoated metal, you can do things like this and not have to worry about the finish. Even Glocks with their famed Tennifer can't do that
