I think the LCP is a great gun. My only gripe is that the LCP grips are very slippery. I wish the Glock RTF texture was on the LCP grip. The extended magazine butt plate does not do anything to help aid firing retention. But it sure does look nice.

Have you tried a slip-on grip, like the Hogue Handall Jr? That might increase it's "grippiness" too much for pocket carry (and a minor increase in thickness), I'm not sure, but it's worth a shot.

You could stipple the grip with a soldering iron if you are brave. I did it to my P95 and I love it. The gun does not move in my hand at all.
