Ironically the Apex thread mentions safeties too.  Anyways, has anyone found the SA SA-35 safeties for sale anywhere?  I love everything about my Browning except the safety- I like the looks of the SA better than the C&S.  I guess first question should have been, will it fit and function.

A call to SA customer service said they don't offer parts for the gun other than those listed on their website- so accessories, not parts.

I called S.A. also, after I bought my INGLIS

I ended up fitting a C & S instead.

That's probably what I'll end up doing.  There's one on my FM and it works fine (the gun and the safety- it's extremely accurate and reliable for a cheap gun I got as part of a trade), I just prefer the shape and looks of the SA and was hoping to install one on my Browning.

I have always liked the FEG extended safety, which came on not only their HP copy, but also the copy which has S&W 39 style lock up too.  You used to be able to buy them back in the day, but I haven’t found them in years.  I have taken a donor one or two off of a FEG before and put the short one back into the FEG and sold it at a later date.

Yeah, I wish they sold their safeties. I like the look and feel of them. I know some one that does some contract work for Springfield and he could not get them.I was able to get one from a friend and it worked with a BHP and my Tisas.
We need APEX to make a safety with a curved lever!
I don't know how this works, but I nominate Joker and Fluffy for arfcom sainthood.
