Included with the gun was a white card that says: Dear Springfield retailer: We made an error! We accidentally added some valuable loaded features to you MilSpec Micro Compact pistol! This pistol has a beavertail grip safety and a speed trigger installed. Instead of correcting this mistake, we thought we would treat you to these added loaded features at no additional cost! Future shipments of the MilSpec Micro Compact pistol will be shipped in their normal configuration. Thank you and happy shooting! Sincerely yours, DENNIS J. IT IS a micro compact but doesn't look like one.. looks more like the Ultra Compact but it is stamped Micro Compact on the slide.. |

Vermillion, I have an Ultra V-10 and am thinking of trading it in....... You got the Milspec and they made it like the deluxe loaded one? How's it shoot? Is it the lighter alloy/aluminum one or the steel? I want a lighter one...I am thinking of trading my v-10. Should I? |
