1) Is $779 a good price for one?

2)Anyone have any problems with this version on any other loaded?

That is all.

1) Eh.  <wiggles hand>
2) Extractor tension on them tends to be all over the map, to the point that I recommend anyone buying any Springfield 1911 check extractor tension right out of the box.  They also seem to vary a great deal in barrel fit and accuracy.   I'm told the versions bearing the NM serial number prefix are supposed to be better fit.

Not a bad price kind of the high end of avg going price.

I do not know of any problems should be a good pistol right out of the box.  The Park Loaded is a good looking pistol and although I would prefer the blue you should be good to go.

The new ones are hard to find in NM if you can find them and yeah sometimes they do have some fitting issues I just pass on those because you can find the Loaded models just about anywhere and find one that is put together better.

I picked one up a few weeks ago for $750 out the door at a local shop. I would have paid $799 if that was the price. Very happy with it so far.  500 rounds through it with no issues. I must have got lucky because the barrel fit is tight and it is very accurate. Great pistol, glad I picked it up.

I have not had any problems with the Horandy 200 and 230gr "FPD" or the Speer 185 or 230gr "LE" gold dots. I used the stock mags and had no problems at all. The 200gr FPD shot the best at 30'. Very nice trigger for an out of the box pistol.

I had been looking at the same gun a while ago. I found them online for $750ish, so that's not too bad.

The in shop prices plus tax were higher and even the ones I examined in the shop were piss poorly finished and assembled IMO and I'm no 1911 expert. Springfield really skimps on finish IMO. Parkerizing is meh, stainless guns are finished kind of meh.

Buy it and let me know how you like it.
