| Looking to buy a Springfield Ultra Compact from a friend of mine. Have been doing research to find a good price as we both are having some question about good price as not to screw one of us over. Cannot find a whole lot in reference to this model. I know there are a lot of factors that would go into this, but its in pretty good condition, barrels nice, small amount of wear from holster, nothing I can't refinish. Does anyone know a good price, I think it was made around '95 - '00 but not sure. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Have you fired it yet? I have had nothing but problems out of mine. It will not go into battery with brass rounds. The only rounds that function reliably through it are Wolf steel case ammo. And yes, I have had a smith look at it. The shop polished the feed ramp and chamber and put a heavier spring in it, but that did not solve the problem.
ETA- I cannot give you price as I got mine on a trade in. |

They'll fix it on their dime and pay shipping both ways, it doesn't matter if your the 10th owner of that gun. That's how good of a company Springfield is. |
