[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Springfield ?

By the end of next week I will be a 1911 owner. I am still on the fence about what to buy. I am looking at the Springfield Loaded stainless or the TRP. What more am I getting with the TRP that the loaded does not offer? Am I better off upgrading the Loaded. This will be a general purpose/carry gun.

Thanks for the link. for some reason I cant get it to work for me. i have been reading up more on this and I decided that the TRP is the way to go, until I started looking at comprable Kimbers. Can I go wrong either way?
