FN is still not selling magazines for the FNX 45 and FNP 45. They have not shipped any to dealers and none to wholesalers. They don;t even list them on their website for sale.

I regret buying my FNX 45 and FNP 45 now. Never dreamed we could not get magazines for them.

Wow. I have the standard FNP-45 in 2010 that came with 3 mags........somewhere (?) I thought I read the new models have different magazines??? What?

I have not searched out extra mags for the gun yet. I did not know it would be a PITA.

I have to throw the BS flag here. I've been going to the MGW site for more than 5 months and they are always Sold Out. I have yet to see any FNP or FNX 45 mags that culd be bought at MGW or any other site.

Also looking for some.  There is a guy on the EE that has them for 60 bucks.  Cabela's has them "on sale" for $129.88 LOL.  No thanks:

What a bargain!

I get dealer pricing from a couple places and they never had FNP-45 mags in stock. I decided to call FN and ask directly where all the mags are / were ( a few months back). The FN rep said "mags are being shipped" and pointed me to the web store. They were listed as "out of stock" which is normal so I them asked  him to name one distributor they were shipping to and he could not give me one name. I am calling BS becasue no one had any in stock unless its a one or two piece inventory.

FN has never made magazine production / availability as a concern and the civilian market they just dabble in. I dont thing they really care about the civilian market as Glock, S&W, Beretta, etc. does.

Damn, I hate to hear about the magazine shortage for the FNX 45, I guess I will figure out something.
And yes these are all FNX 45 Mags and not FNP 45 mags. I guess its a benefit of my job, to get what I want.

Well,  I have 4 FNX 45's and 1 FNP 45. That gives me 12 FNX 45 mags and 8 FNP 45 mags. But the outlook is not bright for mags and FN is not helping anny of us at all.

Lets see...that comes out to a little over $200 a mag.

Yea, I feel naked with only a few spares....they never were really inexpensive or available before mass hysteria and panic buying.

I bought an FNP after shooting one suppressed out in Park City. I fell in love with the gun.  I learned the hard way that they were hard to get and finally found one for sale in the EE that also came with a spare USG upper.

I knew that it came with 3 mags so that helped me get over the sadness of reading in this forum about how hard mags are to get.  Everywhere I checked was sold out or backordered as you all have found also.

Imagine my surprise today when I walked in one of my LGS and saw 1 mag hanging on the wall behind the counter.  It got better the harder I looked.  I saw 2.  I finally got one of the guys to come over and he said we have 2 black and 2 FDE.  I said I would take them all.  I then saw another one off to the side not in the box.  It was new but in a zip lock bag.  So 5 followed me home for just a little over MSRP.

The new family.

Now to solve the holster problems.
