I picked up an older model blackhawk, 7.5 inch in S/S that has some hadeling light scrathes. Timing etc are good and it hasn't been shot much from what I can see. I am debating to bead blast it to clean it up. I don't wantt o polish or buff out the handling marks making it appear nickled. Any opinions?..Will I hurt the value of it by bead blasing?

I would not bead blast that baby if I could avoid it. I also picked up Super Redhawk last year with some light scratches and all I did was work them out with a piece of Emery cloth. It looks just fine now.

That is one of the things I like about stainless guns.
