I have a G27, I want to install a 9mm threaded conversion barrel (possibly a lone wolf) and buy a sound suppressor. I'm thinking about Gem-tech. Will this combination be possible?

YES
I have threaded barrels for my G17 and G19's. I don't own a G26 but there's no reason why it wouldn't work. If anything it should work better than the G17 (less torque).
