Anyone know where I can get a replacement slide stop for this model of light?

Have you contacted Surefire?  They serviced mine years ago when I broke the switch.  It had been out of production for some time then.  I'm sure they'll have parts and if not I bet the MRO7 slide stop wold work just fine, probably better with the 310R.
