I have ordered a Surefire X300U for my handgun and was wondering if anyone uses/likes the switch they make that has it located on the front of grip? Not sure what they call it. Thanks

I have one on my 1911. After having it on for 300 rounds, I found the button to be too sensitive and easy to accidentally switch on, so I removed it and went back to the standard tail cap.

It's a "DG Switch". I have one and I like it a lot. Be advised that it is not compatible with all holsters.

I have one on my G22. Love it. I'm not too worried about light discipline. If the gun is out, odds are I'm not trying to be sneaky.
