Hi all,
I purchased one of these earlier in the year for my Ruger 22/45, older model without drill/tap. Finally found a base I liked and got it all together. Unfortunately, the red dot is soo tiny it is impossible to see outdoors, under any sunlight conditions. Indoors, it is like a pinprick. Changed out battery, same result. Anyone else have/use one of these? Work OK outdoors? Thanks, Jerry UPDATE; It appears I had two bad batteries in a row, fresh battery, unit works great. If looking for small, compact holo type sight, consider this one. |
