[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Taurus OSS

Anyone have any input on it? most of all the 9mm. I just read an artical on it from G&A and I think that the decocker idea is sweet. And can anyone get me a pic of the Taurus and the Springfeild XD 5" model next to each other?

Maybe a 24/7, but the OSS hasn't started shipping yet.

While many places list the 24/7 line with OSS in the title, the OSS is the 45ACP chambered, 5 1/4" barreled, FDE colored pistol that still hasn't been released.

If I buy a Taurus, I'd much rather wait until they offer the revised version of their PT945. It looks like they did good with the PT909 replacement (809B), and I'll be watching to see how they clean up what I think is one of the most practical 45's available.
