I picked mine up from Grabagun (379.99 after $20 coupon) and stopped by GT Distributors on my way home to get a G19 magazine (all of mine are G17). Guess who had them in stock? For $379.99?  Oh well, got to take a drive and say hi to the GAG guys, so not a wasted trip. But I figured there'd be no way GT Distributors would have had them already (based on past new releases). |

Seems the obligatory initial dissing of anything new (where's muh waffle maker? where's the stock for the SKS?) has died down pretty quickly and folks are starting to see the usefulness of this setup. If I get one, it'll be when they come out with the G26 sized frames/slides. I'm full up on mid-size double-stacks. I like the TSP texture, especially since it is internally referred to as Titteh Sprinkles.

Here's to hoping this won't be a peice of shit like my Security 9 compact was. Yeah Ruger fixed it but it sucked right out of the gate. Now it's one of my favorite semi compacts. I bought the RxM last night. $399.99+tax Just because it hurts feelers. Glock guys hate it because it's not a Glock and it's something Glock should have done. Got mine today....not fired Pros/Cons for me... Pros  1. Slide has good serrations 2. Sights are night sights, perfect height, steel 3. Optic cut is very nice, with multi option pins 4. FCG is a big plus 5. Beaver tail good 6. Trigger, ok slightly better than a Glock, not much 7. No grip hump Cons  1. Grip angle same as a Glock, no improvement would like it to be a little less 2.Trigger area needs some more under cut, most after market frames have done it much better 3.Magwell could use a slight bump, pinky bump to counter the meh grip angle 4. If you mount a optic shorter than a RMR you will have big gaps, front and or rear 5. Magpul mags included hang lower than needed, will only use Glock mags Would have liked to see improvement on the lower, I have less grip area than other guns, need the trigger area undercut more The 45 /17 size frame will probably fit my hand better Attached File |

Have one coming. Will be $440 OTD. I was planning on getting a gen 5 19 MOS, but have been dragging my feet. I love magpul gray parts on all my ARs. Was pleased to see the first offering in gray. I have also been seeing the cool stuff that keeps coming out for the SIG FCU, but wanted a glock related option. It's like they were reading my mind. I am pumped. Held one at a LGS after placing my order with my FFL, it seems great. |

They updated Gen 3 to include a FCU, love it or hate it, that is pretty interesting, and could mean that this is THE value in Glock handguns going forward, since a replacement "grip" may be a cheap proposition offered by a bunch of people going forward, just like the Sig 320. For example, someone could offer a grip that allows you to use Beretta mags, or Sig mags, etc. |
