I have a customer that wants a threaded barrel in .357 Sig. He currently owns a GLOCK 23 and wants to convert it to .357 Sig.... but he threw in that wrench into the works.

Anyone know where I can find a threaded barrel? I can find factory and non-factory barrels in .357 Sig for his GLOCK. But no go on a threaded barrel.

Get a barrel for a G31 and thread it!

Big negative on that.

There is a dimensional difference on the locking lugs on the bottom of the barrels, a difference between the compact models and the fullsize ones.

For example, a G23 could not use a G22 barrel, and a G32 could not use a G31 barrel.  The compact barrels will run in the subcompact models, i.e. G23 barrel in G27, etc.  but you can't go compact to fullsize.

I would suggest looking at LWD, KKM, Strom Lake, or Jarvis.

I've tried them all and nothing...... Unless they do custom barrel work and he's willing to pay for it.

No threaded .357 Sig Barrels.......

My customer wants a .357 Sig gun and a Can for it..... I'm not even sure if anyone makes a Suppressor for .357 Sig and if they do then It's not that damn quite because the round is a fast little bastard. But hey..... there is a fool with money and I'm trying to separate it form him.

If he wants it then I'll find it for him.

Wow, yeah, supressing .357Sig...........................  But like you said, whatever he wants..............I would think a 9mm supressor would do it, other than any size discrepancies with OD of a non-9mm barrel.  I suppose a .357 Sig barrel could be turned down then threaded though................

Jarvis is known to do custom work like this.  Ain't cheap, but it can be done, as far as I know.

Looks like ADCO offers a threaded barrel extension.

Never used these, but they make what he's looking for.
