Might try someone like Bar-Sto or Nowlin. They also could make you one pretty quick off of a stock bbl they sell, IMO. Not so sure about the .22cal part of the equation with them though.

I just got my .22lr barrel back from Tornado Technologies.
They extended the barrel, threaded it and put a thread protector on it.  It looks great and I test fit with 2x different suppressors.  I hope to get to the range soon and test it out.

I don't think anyone makes a threaded replacement barrel like the one I bought from Lone Wolf for my Glock 17

I'm not a gunsmith and would do a poor job of explain "how" a barrel is extended.
There's really nothing to see in the photos.  The seam between the original barrel and the extension is nearly invisible.  There's just a tiny hairline ring at the seam.

I'd suggest you check out the Tornado Technologies website to see example of their work.
