I've chance at at a new Timberwolf G-17 frame/trigger for $100 bucks. I've got a Gen 3 G-17 and think it might be a good upgrade as I like the feel of it more than the stock frame.

Anyone own one? Any issues?

The only issue I had with mine was  the back strap kept coming loose.

For $100 go for it, if you don't like it you can probably get your money back pretty easy.

is it a production or prototype?  Look at the slide rails if its prototype.  Otherwise good deal.

I have 3 of them and love them. My thumb muscle is larger than most peoples so the smaller grip gets my trigger finger flatter on the trigger. Helps me not pull my shots to the left from reaching for the trigger. I have a 17,34, and advantage arms 22 upper on the timberwolf lowers. Still waiting for the 19 size frame to come out.

I've the same issue with my hand. I think I'll give it a go. Thanks.
