I want to install a 3.5 lb. trigger connector in my G22.  I have the part, but have never pulled any of my Glocks apart to this extent.  Is this a easy job and can anyone point me in the right direction to a step by step guide to what I need to do to install a different connector.
Thanks in advance for any information.

Check out Glockmeister.com. I think they have detailed disassembly there.

Or look for a Glock detail strip clip authored by DVDTracker. I learned everything from that video.

first thing's first.. CLEAR THE PISTOL.
Remove the slide from the frame.
You will need a punch,  roll of duct tape  and a small flat head screw driver.
the first pin you need to remove is the Locking Block Pin located above the trigger. This is the pin closest to the top of the frame. Place the frame with the mag release facing UP on the side of the roll of tape. The tape allows the pins to be pushed out into the center of the roll. NO need to hold the gun sideways or over an edge.
The next pin that needs to be romoved is the Trigger Housing Pin. This is located on the back strap of the gun.
The next pin and the biggest pain in the ass is the Trigger pin. It muct be worked out while lifting the slide release upward. It takes a little bit but it will come out. Just rock the punch from left to right on the pin.
Once that pin is out . The slide release will come out. Then remove the locking block from the frame . Thats the front set of guide rails above the trigger.
Now it's time to remove your Trigger mechanism housing. just left up on the ejector and it comes out.
So now you have the entire trigger in your hand. Hold the trigger assembly in your hand and the trigger bar in your other hand. Lift the bar  and twist it slightly outward  to remove it from the assembly. By now you should see your contector bar. Use the screw driver to lift the bar out and put your new one in.
Now you have to put it back together. The MOST important thing. The last pin removed is the most important.  On that pin there are three parts to it.  Flip the frame mag release down on the roll of tape. Put the trigger back in the frame. Locking block back on. Place the pins in . The trigger pin  must be placed in the frame 3/4 of the way in. B/c you have to put your slide release back in before the pin can be fully installed.
You're done. now cycle the gun  to make sure it functions correctly. Test fire the gun before you carry it.
Good Luck and safe shooting.
