I've always undercut the trigger guard to stop glock-knuckle, but the other fancy stuff seemed unnecessary.
That said, once I saw the logic of various cuts, I liked a few...
For instance, Agency (along with others I'm sure) raises the whole bottom up a bit, which helps get that part of the support hand higher, AND they thin out the inner edge/lining of the trigger-guard, making it more roomy for a gloved finger.

I had a 19 undercut recently and now the finger grooves actually work with my hand. My shop charged me twenty for it and all my glocks from here on out are getting it done.

I like to knock off the corner that causes Glock knuckle, but undercutting just makes Glocks shoot worse for me.   The trigger is already far enough below where the web of my hand rides that I can't manipulate it without dragging my finger on the frame.

Big reason why Glocks shoot left...

One of the few genuine, worth while mods I would suggest. Simple to do and greatly improves the feel, even with the finger grooves. On the 19 my hand fit pretty good. With that slight reduction my grip was perfect.
