| Looking to get a "tuckable" holster for CCW that allows one to tuck the dress shirt over the weapon. The holster design has a small space for the shirt to go into. I know, slower but it should be basically invisible if done right. Question = how well should this work when the shirt is NOT tucked over it?? Say with just a T-shirt draped over it. Should I expect it to be a little loose?? Anybody had any problems in this situation?? Thanks, Bill |

Examples I own are: Crossbred Supertuck, G-Code Incog, Raven Concealment Vanguard 2. I rarely tuck with these, but these are all tuckable. |

This is a great low cost tuckable holster, I have a couple for different pistols. They are minimalist design so no extra leather to add weight and bulk.

| I wear a tuckable holster every day due to work requirements. I currently use a Milt Sparks VM II. I have used this type holster for both a 1911 and Glock 19. I have a Milt Sparks Nexus on order for the 19 which is also tuckable using the same kydex clips the VM II uses. I also wear the holsters with untucked shirts. Same holster, same clips, no problems. Practice your draws with the shirt tucked in as this raises new issues to be dealt with. The Milt Sparks is very stable, extremely well made, and comfortable. I am trying the Nexus because it lowers the pistol and increases the cant. This should help me conceal the back edge of the 19. With a 1911 it's a non issue. Hope this helps. |

I use one with my LCP quite frequently. I don't use the "Tuckable" feature all that often, but it does work. |

Alien Holster, same as crossbreed and Desantis, far cheaper than either. Quoted:

I carry a S&W shield in a DeSantis intruder. Its basically the same thing as a crossbreed super tuck, just a little cheaper. Alien Holster, same as crossbreed and Desantis, far cheaper than either. Alien is the same as Old Faithful. I mean, Exact same. Ebven ships from the same town, with the same hardware in the same shipping packaging. But cheaper!! And already built for you. |
