| Looking to try my first pair and decide between the Slants or Gunners. Help me out. |

I have a set of Gunners on my range 1911. They provide a lot of grip, but are too sharp for concealed carry. I love them for range use.
I took my 1911 camping with those grips on it and regretted before the end of the first day. Even through my shirt, they were like cheese graters on my love-handles.
