It could mean one of two things. It could have a free spin pawl which allows the cyl to rotate either direction or it could have a reverse indexing pawl which allows the cyl to turn one way but allows the chamber to line up with the loading gate when it should. Ruger is useing the reverse indexing pawl in the 50th ANV models as well as the New Vaqueero.  Either is an improvement over the set up used in the New Model. I suspect the reverse indexing pawl will find its way to the New Model Blackhawk and Super Blackhawlk in time. Its a good thing.

Hey, thanks for the explanation. I thought that it might have something to do with cylinder rotation, but I know how some people can make stuff up in their auction descriptions.
