Going to send my c 1999 Gen 3 G20 in for upgrades, night sights and a slide refinish. Should I remove any non-MIM parts before sending it? If so, which?

LOL!

The internet rumors.

I have sent in a couple of Glocks for updates and NO, I repeat "NO" MIM parts were put in, in place of any original parts.

Call Glock CS and ask for yourself.

BTW, be sure to ask if they have any free swag they can send with your gun when its finished. I got a few key chains and ink pens and a Glock 21 pin.

Why refinish I think pretty Glocks are ugly used ones are sexy.
Night sights you can get at any local LGS installed usually and better options than factory Glock ones.  My .02
