[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Which G 29 ?

I like the 10 mm and have decided to carry a G 29 (I have and like a 3rd gen G 20) there are 3 to choose from a G 29, a G 20 SF and a Gen 4 G29 which one do I want or does it even matter ? I saw one with what appeared to be a mag extension which could give a little more grip to get hold of as I have fairly large hands is this available for all 3 models ?

The gen 4 will give you the most options with the back straps.

G29SF unless you want a crimson trace laser. If you want a crimson trace, you must buy the old G29. I have no use for a laser but ymmv unless you want to mount on frame.

4th gen is the way to go. No backstrap is sf.
