I am ready to install the Beavertail Grip Safety and notice there are a few types of jigs to make the cut for the Grip Safety. Which one and why ?

The jig you use depends on the type of grip safety you wish to fit.  S&A offers a .220 radius grip safety, so you would want to use a .220 jig.  Ed Brown, Chip McCormik, Les Baer and others use a .250 grip safety radius.  Wilson Combat is a compound radius, and they also have a specific jig for their cut.

It's a lot easier for us to tell you what jig to use, if you can identify the safety you want to install.

John Harrison has written an excellent article on the subject

Thanks for the help, from the link provided it appears as if the parts from Wilson Combat would be the safest bet as my pistol is the WW USGI Model.
Thanks again.
