I want an M&P9 Pro, it'll be used at Ft. Benning 3 gun this Dec but I also like to shoot some IDPA every now and then. I might even CCW it some too.
Should I get the 4.25" w/night sights or the 5" with the fiber optic sight????????? I currently have a 5" on loan from a generous friend. Old Marine in a gun candy store.

Good choice, the 5" is the only way to go for any gun games.
I'll second the suggestion to go with the Apex tactical parts... I personally recommend just the sear and striker block, using just those two gives a clean trigger with a crisp break and pull weight between the duty/carry and competition kits (approx 4 to 4.5 lbs). The duty kit is over 5 lbs and the comp kit is sub 3 lbs. Its given my Pro the best trigger of any pistol I have. I was a Sig guy till I got to try a M&P Pro during an IDPA match. I'm a changed man |
