A friend of mine has been lusting for a 1911 .45 ever since he held my Warrior.
Today he called and said he has a line on a Wilson .45. He didn't tell me, or know, ehich model it is.
I have been trying to read about their pistols to get an idea which model is the cheapest. He said it would cost $350.00, and I can't find a model that would be that cheap.

I did tell him to not let it get away. If he couldn't get the money I would buy it at that price. I am assuming it is what I think it is, but I want to be sure Wilson didn't make something cheap.
Anyone have an idea what it might be for that price? He did say it was a .45 but did Wilson make a pistol other than their 1911s?

a 350.00 Wilson Combat pistol???? 3500.00 yea...but 350? I'm wondering if your friend misread the tag.

Probably that plastic framed thing that Heritage Arms used to make.

I'm betting on the $3500.00

An unfitted, uncoated, bare frame would be more than $350.

It doesn't make sense to me either. I didn't know if Wilson made plastic pistols like SA does.
I think it is used. If it is a Wilson 1911, and is $350.00, and he can't get the money I will and post pics. There has to be something I don't know about it though. When I figure it out I'll let you know what the deal is. maybe some widow wants to clean out her husbands closet or something.

These are a bit less than most of their other models, but still not close to $350:http://www.wilsoncombat.com/p_kz45.asp
