I have a 4'' service XD40 and am making it my everyday carry. Anyone have issues with keeping it concealed? Is it harder to conceal?

Harder than what?

should be the same as most FS/medium autos.

Shouldn't be a problem with a good holster. I've used a Comp-tac CTAC to conceal an XD9 service.

I just today bought an XD-45. I use the SmartCarry holster; no problems with it being seen.

I carry and XD40 everyday in an uncle mikes belt holster. No problems whatsoever.

Well, it is a service sized pistol, so it's grip is full size.  But having said that, I carry mine in a VM II and have no problems with a shirt or jacket.  I would say the grip is no harder to hide than the grip of a 1911.

I carry a XD 40 Service everyday with a CTAC. Works out great. Even with just a T-shirt on, it doesn't print much (and I am a skinny guy)!.

I use a Galco OWB for my Service XD40 with a Navy Blue blazer over it when I'm not at work (work in City Hall, ie no "weapons" for me). I am usually wearing the shirt and tie during the week, and the Galco works well for keeping it snug and close, and the forward cant helps with the full size grip.
Weekends its usually under a light jacket or over shirt untucked, in the winter time it vanishes in the coats and layers need to survive in Upstate NY.
