I clean and oil my xdm regularly, I carry it iwb regularly.  I have notice a few of the pins in the fram are showing rust.  has any one else had this issue?

Are you sure it is rust? Some of the pins are colored brown and can look like rust. The two main locking block/Trigger pins for example are brown in color.

Some people can make stainless rust so I would not worry about it much.  This is not the big flake rust that lets you put your foot thru the floor boards, this is small fine grain rust on the surface.  You will be on it often enough to not change dimensions of any of the parts.  You might be able to get everything nitrided and still have a body chemistry that will create some surface corrosion.

I have a xd 45 tack that I carry sometimes, it hasn't rusted the screw on my TLR-2 has rusted too

In years past, there were huge issues with the regular XD rusting, when Springfield first started selling them. They were offering to put armory coat on everyone's slides and some of the small parts because of this. But, things supposedly got bett.

I'd contact Springfield and see what they say
