I just got an XD 357 in trade. It came with several mags. 2 of the mags are 12 round 40 cal mags. Also XDs. My question is can you use the 40 cal mags also? The 357 mags i have are 10 rounders.

as far as i know, .40 and 357 mags are identical except for the markings.

exactimundo! you can also switch barrels 40/357sig-same base of cartridge size

they are the same and they will be fine. btw great choice i love the xd's i own 2 and the .357 sig is an outstanding way to go.
